All of us here at Cloud Nine Chalets are passionate about food – we love to create it as well as taste it, so we have to make sure we get plenty of time on the slopes!
We give our chefs a sample menu and training at the beginning of each season, but we encourage them to create new, delicious and interesting dishes for you. It is no problem at all for us to cater for vegetarians, vegans, gluten free or any other requirements – just let us know!
- A wholesome breakfast is essential for a day on the slopes, we offer cereals, porridge, a hot option, fresh bread & preserves, tea, coffee & juice.
- Return to the chalet for a diet defying afternoon tea consisting of hot drinks, locally made bread, preserves and a tempting freshly baked cake.
- Three course evening meals (and four courses on your last night; our palate cleansers are often declared to be the guests’ favourites – especially when they involve champagne!) accompanied by free flowing local Bulgarian wines, beer and soft drinks.
- Speciality Night; one evening of the week we will introduce you to some of our favourite local mountain dishes to give you a taste of Bulgarian (Banski) flavour served as a ‘tapas’ style meal so you get the chance to try lots of dishes.
